Hey! My name is Krisha Patel. I am a sophomore at Jp. Stevens, a fine artist and editor, and writer for TEENHEALTHNOW.  I am a fascinated behavioral scientist at artbuddies.com, I  volunteer and conduct behavioral research at assisted living facilities and senior centers. I have observed our society's problems with ageism and developed strong bonds with geriatric patients through interviews recording their stories and offering weekly art programs that are inclusive and collaborative.

Hi, my name is Maahi Tilak and I am a high school student at JP Stevens. I am passionate about both gymnastics and the arts, and I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to express themselves creatively. That's why I am excited to be a part of artsbuddies.com, where I can help the elderly create beautiful works of art and connect with them through a shared love of creativity. As a gymnast, I know the importance of staying active and engaged, and I believe that art can have a similar positive impact on people's lives. Through this website, I hope to make a difference in the lives of those around me and inspire others to do the same.

Hi! I'm Naisha, a 9th grade student at Edison High who loves lacrosse and painting. When I'm not on the field, I enjoy spending time with my grandma and creating art together. Being an "art buddy" on the Art Buddies website is one of my favorite things to do because it allows me to connect with the elderly through art and learn from their experiences while sharing our love for creating. I feel fortunate to have this opportunity to make a difference in someone's life while also pursuing my passion for art.

Hi! My name is Meghana, and I'm a student at JP Stevens High School with a strong enthusiasm for the arts and engineering. My hobbies include crocheting and playing golf. My passion for engineering blossomed when I discovered that art and design could be incorporated. I joined Art Buddies because I believed it would be an excellent opportunity to give back to the community while nurturing my love for art.
